Really good Service the people there are so kind and nice. They always make sure my hair looks good and I go there at least once a month probably like earlier the month but it’s really good and I recommended it to everyone. Who’s trying to get a wash blow dry and Flat iron, which is only $80 even with Tinder heads And they Can style it however you want really recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice hair salon to go to 💖💗💖💗
Today was my 2nd time being serviced here by Mohammed (1st chair stylist) My first experience here was in February 2026. My hair was so badly damaged from numerous of things but the meds I was on for 3 weeks has taken my shoulder length hair down to almost ground “zero” before sitting in his chair. I had received tons of “bad advice” to just cut it all off and start fresh because it was ALL DEAD HAIR & couldn’t be saved in which wasn’t an option for me. There were too many commitments I had before me to be scrambling around just to be presentable. I informed Mohammed of what all I had been through with my hair since September 2025 going from shoulder length to (mid ear on one side & just above the ear on the other)😱from so much breakage and it falling out in clumps 😫😫😫. Mohammed felt the text of my entire head and urged me to sit down and said “who said you needed to cut it all off”? No, I could fix this. 🥺 he got to work and trimmed it to the point it looked like there was life left in it and it appeared to look healthy although, I was a lot more “bald headed” Lol, not really but the hair that wasn’t as damaged he INDEED saved. 3 months later. Luckily, my hair grows rather quickly. It was right at the tip of my shoulders ( but still damaged a bit from February) I was back yet again (Today)for color and ANOTHER one of his magical trims and he DEFINITELY came through on both. Mohammed NOT ONLY invested in my healthy hair journey by giving me so many great tips on Do’s/Dont’s I was also not feeling well due to Allergies, asthma, and laryngitis he, gave great and caring advice regarding that as well. He felt like apart of my extended family. What a Gracious and Generous soul. 🫶🏻 I am forever grateful that I was spiritually lead to pass up all the other ships I ALMOST stopped in for advice on my hair loss catastrophe 🤪 and was lead right to him. So had actually gone in there yesterday (5/26/26 to be serviced but he wasn’t there. I’m so happy I waited to come back the next day(Called first) and he said “come right on, I’ll be waiting for you” 🤭💕✨👍🏻
This salon had been around for quite a long time I used to go in the early 2000s and service was great and prices were reasonable, so when I decided to switch up my hair this was the first place I thought of. I had just missed my old stylist by 10 mins and it was close to but Moody insisted he could do my hair. Well, he made my dreams come true. Definitely a great salon with friendly stylist and a great atmosphere.
Got a wash and blow dry.... they were very gentle and detangled my 4B hair in sections. No yanking or pulling she also scrubbed my scalp really good I feel asleep during the service 😴
I had been coming to CLEOPATRA off and on for over a decade Ralph the person that normally would have done my hair HE QUIT. SO other than Ralph, George had done my hair. Today I wanted a haircut and the result looked nothing like the photo. I specifically asked for the back of my hair to be half of it's present length not tapered..that middle portion and the top were to be a little shorter. But again I distantly asked for half of my hair in the back to be cut. What I got was a boyish version of a cut I had with a long bang. Another hair salon had done this same ugly cut 4 years or more ago. I am VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE RESULTS WHETHER I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY OR NOT. NO ONE SHOWS A PICTURE AND WALKS OUT WITH THE FOLLOWING RESULTS: mind you the points are not on here, the hair is not full in the middle, and both hairstyles should be a success on any day. What I got was a style I cannot curl early in the morning. I work outside and a style is hard to keep with it this short. Twenty years ago I never wore my hair this short SO WHY WOULD I ASK FOR THIS B.S.? STYLISTS LISTENING IS KEY TO KEEPING A CLIENT HAPPY. AGAIN MY SON IS A TEENAGER AND I HAD BEEN COMING HERE WHEN HE WAS ONE---NEVER AGAIN the owner did this handy work.
